3. Tokens should not be purchased with the expectation of profit or financial return.
4. Token activity on Cofound does not involve trading, speculation, or financial advice.
5. Cofound does not guarantee that any token will increase in value or offer financial benefits.
6. Past or future activity related to tokens should not be interpreted as investment performance.

Cofound is not an investment platform, broker, exchange, or financial advisory service.

You are solely responsible for how you use tokens on the platform, and you should not view tokens as assets for speculation or profit.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create tokens representing individuals or brands without permission
• Purchase tokens for speculation or financial gain
